The Art of Living Well

Different seasons ask for different rhythms of support. Whether you're looking for one thoughtful conversation, a sustained developmental partnership, strategic support, or ongoing accompaniment, every pathway begins with the same intention.

Together we'll cultivate the conditions for greater clarity, vitality, integrity, and a future that feels more deeply your own.
Choose the rhythm that fits the season you're in.

Different seasons ask different things of us. Sometimes one thoughtful conversation is enough. Sometimes it helps to work together over several months.

Sometimes the work is strategic. Sometimes it is reflective. Every pathway begins from the same developmental philosophy and is shaped around the person, the work, and the season at hand.

The difference is the rhythm, depth, and kind of partnership we create together. Explore each pathway and notice which one feels most aligned now.

Coaching pathways

Different ways to begin.

From one focused conversation to sustained accompaniment.

These aren't steps on a ladder. They are different containers for different kinds of commitment, inquiry, and support. Choose the depth and rhythm that best fits what you are carrying now.

One thoughtful conversation for decisions, transitions, crossroads, and meaningful questions.

Sometimes you need a thinking partner.

Someone who can help you slow the pace, clarify the decision or question in front of you, and work through your options with care.

Whether you are navigating a decision, a transition, a leadership challenge, a relationship, or simply sensing that something needs to change, we will explore what sits beneath the immediate question and discover what feels most true and workable.

You leave with greater clarity, practical direction, and a stronger sense of what this moment is asking of you.

You might begin here if…

  • You are facing an important decision or transition.
  • You feel pulled in several directions.
  • You have one meaningful question to explore.
  • You want perspective without being told what to do.

The rhythm

Before
A short reflection questionnaire.

Together
One focused 90-minute conversation.

After
A recording and brief written synthesis.

What you will receive

  • Pre-session reflection questions
  • One 90-minute coaching conversation
  • A session recording
  • A concise written synthesis
  • Tailored reflections, practices, or resources where useful
Sometimes one thoughtful conversation is exactly what's needed.

A place to pause, understand, and begin.

Sometimes you do not need to commit immediately to a longer coaching relationship.

You need somewhere to pause.

A place to understand what is happening, make sense of what matters, and discover what kind of support or practice would serve you now.

Coaching Starter is a short coaching container combining deep conversation, personalized developmental practice, and lived experimentation.

For some people, six weeks is enough. For others, it becomes the beginning of a longer coaching relationship. Both are complete outcomes.

Every coaching relationship is designed collaboratively. Rather than asking you to fit a predetermined process, we shape the work around your life, your aspirations, and the ways you learn best.

If you decide to continue into Root & Flow Coaching within 30 days, your full $1,200 CAD investment is credited toward your Root & Flow Coaching engagement.

Ongoing coaching, over approximately four months

What would become possible if you had a season to work on what matters most?

Root & Flow Coaching is a sustained developmental partnership for meaningful change in your life and work. We meet across approximately four months, with a consistent rhythm, creating enough continuity to move beyond insight and begin practising new ways of thinking, relating, leading, and living.

The work combines thoughtful conversation, honest reflection, and practical experimentation. It is grounded in Integral Coaching®, developmental practice, and more than twenty years of leadership, facilitation, and organizational experience.

You might begin here if…

You are ready for more than a single answer.

You are in a season of growth, transition, or reinvention.

You want deeper self-awareness and steady support.

You are ready to practise new ways of working, leading, or living.

You value continuity, reflection, and an honest developmental partnership.

The rhythm

Across approximately four months

Approximately four months gives the work time to unfold through reflection, practice, experimentation, and return.

What’s included

  • Twelve coaching sessions
  • Personal practices and reflection tools
  • Email support between sessions
  • Curated resources and closing reflection

Why weekly?

Development unfolds through reflection, practice, experimentation, and returning to the conversation over time. A consistent rhythm protects that continuity.

Sometimes a consistent season is right. Sometimes you need support that can move with you.

Continuity for work and life as they unfold.

Some seasons ask for more than periodic coaching conversations.

They ask for continuity.

Ongoing Partnership is designed for people who value having a trusted coach and advisor who already understands their context.

Rather than centring the relationship around scheduled sessions alone, we create a rhythm of support that reflects your responsibilities, the way you process, and the realities of the season you are in.

The result is a partnership that can hold reflection, decisions, development, and meaningful action as they unfold.

You might begin here if…

  • You are carrying complex work or life responsibilities with many moving parts.
  • Your most important questions arise between scheduled conversations.
  • You value support from someone who already knows your context.
  • You want a relationship that can respond as things unfold.

The partnership may include

  • Regular coaching conversations
  • Short, responsive phone or video calls
  • Email and voice-note support
  • Strategic reflection and decision support
  • Developmental practices and periodic recalibration

Designed around how you work

Some clients prefer a regular monthly conversation with support between meetings.

Others value shorter check-ins or think best through writing.

Together, we create a rhythm that is responsive, clear, and sustainable.

Coaching works best when there's time to reflect, experiment, and grow.

A place to slow down and think things through.

Student Coaching is a 60-minute one-to-one coaching session for students navigating change, decisions, relationships, study, work, or what comes next.

You might bring questions about relationships or friendships, boundaries, parents, study habits, performance, presentation readiness, decision making, or another part of student life that feels difficult to navigate on your own.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed question. We can start with what is happening, make space for what matters, and work toward greater clarity about what you want to do next.

The conversation is collaborative and practical, with room to pause, notice what you know, consider your options, and identify a next step that feels workable.

You don't have to start from scratch every time something important happens.
Strategic partnership

When the work itself is asking for partnership.

Groundwork Studio is a separate advisory pathway for one consequential piece of work.

A one-month strategic design partnership

Shared thinking, thoughtful design, and experienced partnership.

Groundwork Studio is for one consequential piece of work that deserves more than advice. Over one focused month, we think, design, write, prototype, and refine together until the work is clear, coherent, and ready for its next stage.

This is not coaching. It is a confidential advisory partnership drawing on more than twenty years of experience leading organizations, shaping strategy, facilitating change, and bringing complex initiatives into form.

What we might work on

One important piece of work, brought into form.

  • A keynote or significant presentation
  • A new offer, program, or curriculum
  • A strategic initiative or operating framework
  • A governance or decision-making structure
  • A consequential piece of writing or communication
  • A project that needs clearer architecture and stronger decisions

How the Studio works

We work closely enough to make real progress.

Four 90-minute working sessions create the spine of the month. Between meetings, I contribute strategic thinking, synthesis, writing, design, and iterative refinement through shared documents, email, and voice notes.
