The Art of
Living Well

A reflective space for thoughtful people navigating life, leadership, creativity, relationships, and transition.

A place to make sense of what is happening, hear yourself more clearly, and move toward a future that feels more deeply your own—alive with possibility.

You might be here because

Something in your life is asking for a different kind of attention.

Perhaps you’re navigating a transition. Holding more responsibility than feels sustainable. Reconsidering your work. Building something important and wondering whether you’re asking the right questions. Or feeling successful on the outside while quietly wondering what has gone missing.

You may know what to do next on paper and still feel unexpectedly stuck. Or perhaps nothing is wrong. You simply sense that something else is possible.

This is a space for thoughtful people who care deeply — about their relationships, leadership, creativity, livelihood, communities, and the kind of future they are here to create.

I’m especially attuned to neurodivergent, queer, and trauma-informed ways of moving through the world, and to creating coaching relationships that honour different rhythms, capacities, and ways of knowing.

Life is asking to be met with more care.

Leadership feels heavier than it used to.

You’re wondering whether your work still reflects who you are.

A relationship or family season is changing.

Your relationship with money, work, or capacity is asking to be reconsidered.

You’re building something meaningful and want to remain whole inside it.

What becomes possible

Over time, something begins to shift.

Not because someone tells you who to become, but because you begin hearing yourself more clearly.

People often describe feeling lighter, steadier, and more able to trust themselves. What once felt heavy becomes more workable.

The work isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about remembering who you are — and creating the conditions for what wants to emerge next.

Ways we can work together

Coaching for life and leadership.

There isn’t one right place to begin. You may need one thoughtful conversation about a decision that has become difficult to see clearly. You may want sustained support as you lead through change, rebuild confidence, reconsider your work, or create something that matters. Or you may be looking for a focused place to think things through as a student, at a moment when what comes next is still taking shape.

Wherever you begin, the intention is the same: to help you understand what is happening, trust your own judgement, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

How I work

I hold the golden thread while we discover the next true step.

Every coaching conversation begins with what is actually here. Sometimes that’s work. Sometimes leadership. Sometimes relationships. Sometimes grief. Sometimes money. Sometimes creativity. Sometimes the quiet feeling that something wants to change.

Together we listen for the thread asking for attention. Rather than imposing a solution, we create enough structure to support movement while leaving enough openness for something unexpected to emerge.

My practice brings together more than twenty years of executive leadership, organizational development, facilitation, community building, and developmental coaching, alongside embodiment, metaphor, practical experimentation, and meaningful conversation.

Different people need different things. The practice adapts to the person, not the other way around.

Embodied Integrity
We pay attention to the alignment between your body, values, relationships, choices, and the life you’re creating. Coaching helps these parts come back into conversation with one another.
Wholeness
We begin from the assumption that you are already whole. You are not a problem to solve.
Vitality
We notice what restores your energy, joy, and capacity to participate more fully in your life.
Seasonality
Growth has seasons. Together we work with the season you’re in rather than pushing toward the one you think you should be in.
Metaphor & Archetype
Stories, symbols, images, and archetypes often help us understand ourselves in ways that logic alone cannot.
Creativity
Curiosity, experimentation, and imagination create space for something new to emerge.
About Suzanne

Hi, I’m Suzanne.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked alongside people navigating complexity, leadership, change, and community.

I’ve led organizations, designed strategy and learning, supported boards and teams, facilitated difficult conversations, and coached thoughtful people through consequential seasons of work and life.

Again and again, I’ve found myself returning to the same question:

What helps people come home to themselves?

Today my work brings together developmental coaching, systems thinking, facilitation, regenerative practice, embodiment, and experienced judgement. I can stay with the person, the system, and the practical reality at the same time.

Clients often tell me they leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to trust themselves. I think that’s because my role isn’t to tell people who they should become. It’s to create the conditions where they can hear themselves again.

Writing

Writing is where many of these ideas begin.

It’s where I notice patterns, follow questions, and explore what I’m learning about leadership, community, livelihood, money, belonging, practice, regeneration, and living well.

Some pieces become workshops. Some become coaching conversations. Some simply become companions for the season you’re in.

Follow the threads through Groundswell and Quiet Knowledge.

Before we begin

A conversation before we begin.

Every coaching relationship begins with a conversation. No preparation. No performance. Just a chance to meet, name what’s present, and see whether this feels like the right place to begin.
